Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the provision of information or products relating to ceramics.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored in a computer at our home address or on secure cloud services as provided by Microsoft; Dropbox or any other appropriate secure cloud service provider.

We keep your name, address, e-mail and/or phone number for one year, or the period required by statutory requirement for the purposes of accounting record keeping. We will then dispose of your information by erasure of computer and/or phone records.

We do not store your credit card or other financial details.
